Odds are that Hiroshi Yamauchi played a huge part in your entertainment lives without you knowing who he even was. He was the president of Nintendo for more than 50 years. Nintendo began as a traditional playing-card maker to a video game giant and he led that transition. Today at the age of 85, he passed away from complications of pneumonia.
