I felt like making Crêpes this morning.
I have seen lots of crêpe recipes with LOTS of superfluous ingredients. To me the best recipes are the ones with the least ingredients in them.
I've been making these since I was a little girl and it is by far my favorite.

+ mascarpone and chocolate (nutella!) = Heaven 
We make crepes with mixture called "bryndza" in Polish. Its some white cheese, cream, wanilla sugar and sugar (sometimes plus cinnamon) mixed together
You could also mix it with egg (and less cream) but then You have to bake it again for a little. It's also delisious
